Refund Policy
Effective Date: 09 November 2025
Antarbhag Foundation values transparency. This Refund Policy applies to membership fees and patron contributions only. We do not accept public donations and are not registered under 80G.
1. Membership Fees
Annual Membership – ₹500
- Non-refundable once payment is confirmed and digital certificate is issued.
- Exception: Refund allowed only if charged twice or due to a technical error (e.g., payment failed but deducted).
Lifetime Membership – ₹3,000
- Non-refundable once payment is confirmed and welcome kit (digital/physical) is dispatched.
- Exception: Same as above — duplicate charge or system error.
2. Patron Contributions
- All patron contributions are final and non-refundable upon successful processing.
- No tax benefit is applicable (we are not 80G registered).
- Exception: Refund only in case of duplicate transaction or bank/technical error.
3. Event/Workshop Fees (If Applicable in Future)
- Cancellation 15+ days before: 100% refund (minus gateway charges)
- 7–14 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email info@antarbhag.in within 7 days of transaction.
- Include:
- Full Name
- Transaction ID / UTR
- Date & Amount
- Proof of payment (screenshot)
- Reason (duplicate charge / error)
- Bank details for refund (Account No, IFSC, Name)
- Eligible refunds processed within 15 business days and Refunded to original payment method.
- Payment gateway/UPI charges are non-refundable.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind
- Already received membership benefits (certificate, kit, access)
- Contributions made knowingly as patron support
