1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing antarbhag.in, registering as a volunteer, member, or patron, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Use of Website

  • You must be 18 years or older (or have parental consent) to register as a member or patron.
  • You agree not to misuse the website (e.g., hacking, spamming, uploading malicious content).
  • All content including text, images, logos, and designs is owned by Antarbhag Foundation and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

3. Membership

  • Membership is available in two categories: Annual (₹500) and Lifetime (₹3,000).
  • Membership fees are non-refundable except as outlined in the Refund Policy.
  • Members must adhere to the Foundation’s Core Values: Inner Transformation, Sustainability, Responsibility, Inclusivity, and Collaboration.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for violation of these terms, unethical behavior, or misrepresentation.

4. Patron Contributions

  • Antarbhag Foundation is not registered under Section 80G. Patron contributions are not eligible for tax deduction under Income Tax Act, 1961.
  • Contributions made as a Patron are voluntary financial support toward our mission and programs.
  • All patron contributions are final and non-refundable once processed, except in cases of technical error (duplicate charge, system glitch).
  • Patrons receive recognition (optional), updates, and invitations as per their contribution tier (if introduced in future).

5. Volunteering

  • Volunteers must follow organizational guidelines, respect community dignity, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Antarbhag Foundation is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage during volunteering activities unless caused by gross negligence.
  • Volunteers may be featured in photos/videos for promotional use unless they opt out in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All program materials, reports, images, and branding are the intellectual property of Antarbhag Foundation. Use without permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antarbhag Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use of our website or services
  • Participation in programs or events
  • Inaccurate information provided by users

8. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
